F&B Management Staff

What you'll be doing

Assist in the daily operations and management of our F&B outlet, including food preparation, counter control, and inventory control

Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for our guests

Participate in the planning and execution of special events and promotions

Contribute to the development and implementation of new menu items and concepts

Collaborate with the culinary team to optimize food preparation and presentation

Monitor and report on key performance metrics to support continuous improvement

Report any accident, incident and hazard situations to the owner.

Represent high level of attitude, attire and manners to reflect companies image during employment.

What we're looking for

Persued a diploma/degree in Food and Beverage Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field

Passion for the food and beverage industry with a keen interest in F&B operations

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team

Attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service

Basic knowledge of food safety and inventory management

Willingness to learn and adapt to the dynamic nature of the F&B industry
