F&B Operation Executive

JOB SCOPE:

Accountable for planning, coordinating and managing of staff and services to ensure efficient and effective F&B operations and sales performance.

Guide and motivate the entire operation team in sales, meeting KPIs and uphold team spirits among the staffs.

Observe and enforce team to follow and adhere to procedures and policies through team development and training.

Ensure on food quality and standard are being controlled.

Regularly review of operating results with the team and identify opportunities to improve performance.

Tight monitoring on staff scheduling, staff training, stock-taking, inventory control, cash management and POS system for results efficiency.

Work closely with product planning team and provide inputs to menu upgrading to overcome market competitiveness.

Conduct training and audit the entire operation of franchisee's outlet to meet KPIs.

Ensure all outlets provide excellent service and maintain impressive shop appearances at all times.

Highlight customer complaints on food quality, customer service and other operations issue to management team for purpose of future improvement.



REQUIREMENTS

At least Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.

Preferably Executives specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.

Have knowledge in food control & product quality skills.

Highly self-motivated and influential with the ability to lead by example, coach, mentor and develop others to achieve company’s goals and standards as a cohesive team.

Strong experience in managing similar fast-paced F & B operations, with a passion for food market and competitiveness.

Able to work under pressure and react quickly to situations by making timely yet strategical decisions in challenging conditions and circumstances.

Excellent communication skills (written and spoken).

Problem solving capabilities.

Self-motivator & passionate for F&B industry.

Possess own transport & willing to travel within Klang Valley area/Chow Kit KL/KLIA2 (Option Choice)
