F&B Outlet Manager

· Ensure the smooth operations of F&B outlet in terms of quality and timely and efficient service provided at all times.

· Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and security in all F&B outlet are achieved and maintained.

· Ensure that all F&B staff adhere and conform to statutory health requirements.

· Control and analyses the quality, level of product and service, guest satisfaction, department operating costs, sanitation, cleanliness and hygiene are compliance with the statutory requirements.

· Ensure VIP set-ups are checked to ensure optimum guests' satisfaction.

· Ensure departmental profitability by preparing the F&B budget, supervising inventory of F&B items, preparing menu costing and cycle of menus, recommending and implementing special projects such as F&B promotions, setting goals for the F&B operations and follow-up on progress and comparing goals and actual results.

· Maintain personal contact with guests and the local community in order to enhance the F&B operations and obtain feedback on guest satisfaction.
