F&B Supervisor

Requirements
-Strong leadership and communication skills
-Ability to manage operations in accordance to company SOP and guidelines
-Prior experience in managing a team and managing outlet operations

Responsibilities
-Oversee the overall management of the outlet
-Manage stock handling, staff schedule and minimize wastage
-Maintain upkeep of outlet
-Ensure staff and outlet compliance to company SOP and guidelines
-Mentor employees to drive good performance
