Job Description:
Kopiholic is seeking a dedicated and experienced F&B Supervisor to oversee daily cafe operations and ensure excellent customer service standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, maintaining operational efficiency, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily cafe operations
Lead, train, and motivate service crew
Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained
Monitor staff performance and attendance
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally

Manage stock levels, inventory, and ordering supplies
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are followed
Prepare basic daily or weekly reports for management

Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in F&B or similar role
Previous supervisory experience is an advantage
Good communication and leadership skills
Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently
Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Basic knowledge of cafe operations and POS systems
