Job Description

需持有工商管理、酒店管理、烹饪艺术或
相关领域的学士学位。
工作经验：
至少5年餐饮业（F&B）运营经验，其中需
具备2-3年多门店管理或培训领导岗位经验.
负责餐饮门店 / 后厨整体日常运营管理，统筹前厅、后厨、人事与排班。
制定营业目标、成本管控、营收分析，提升坪效与复购率。
管理食材采购、库存损耗、食品安全、卫生标准及 SOP 流程落地。
团队招聘、培训、绩效考核、员工纪律与服务品质管控。
处理客诉、维护客户口碑，优化出品口味、服务流程与用餐体验。
对接供应商、把控物料品质、控制人力成本与物料成本。
巡查门店运营状况，落实食品安全、消防及卫生合规要求。
