Field Sales Representative — Restaurants & Cafés

We’re Hiring: Full-Time Sales Executive

We’re hiring a full-time Sales Executive to help restaurants, cafés, and local food businesses join our platform.

Our platform helps merchants cut delivery-app commission, take direct online orders, run delivery/pickup, and grow repeat customers.

You’ll be employed with a fixed monthly salary, statutory benefits (EPF, SOCSO, EIS per Malaysian law), and performance pay on top.

A) What You’ll Do

• Contact 40–60 local restaurants, cafés, or food businesses per day
• Speak with owners or managers by phone, WhatsApp, or in person
• Explain how the platform drives direct orders at 0% commission on those orders
• Send demo links and follow up consistently
• Collect basic merchant information and move interested merchants through setup
• Log every call, visit, and follow-up in our CRM the same day
• Work 5 days/week in your assigned KL area (flex within company coverage rules)

B) Pay & Benefits

Basic salary
RM 3,500–4,500/month (by experience; confirmed at offer)

Commission
10% on verified paying merchants you sign (per company pay policy)

Monthly bonuses
Achievement bonuses when you hit monthly sales tiers (up to RM 5,000/month)

Benefits
EPF, SOCSO, EIS, annual leave, and public holidays per employment law

Pay exhibit
Full written schedule shared after screening

Example — Illustrative RM699/month Merchant Plan

• 10 paying merchants → ~RM699 commission + salary
• 20 paying merchants → ~RM1,398 commission + salary and any tier bonus

Actual variable pay depends on verified paying merchants and monthly targets.

C) Who We’re Looking For

• Comfortable talking to owners and managers in F&B
• Confident on WhatsApp, Google Maps, and CRM tools
• Self-driven but happy to work to team targets and reporting
• Sales experience preferred; strong attitude matters more
• Valid right to work in Malaysia

• You only want 100% commission with no fixed salary
• You won’t call, visit, or follow up daily
• You won’t log activity in the CRM the same day
• You need a role with no field or outbound work
