FIELD SUPERVISOR, AGRIBUSINESS

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Supervise daily farm operations, including planting, irrigation and crop care.

2. Monitor workforce performance and provide guidance.

3. Ensure compliance with cultivation plans and SOPs.

4. Coordinate with supply chain and procurement for inputs.

5. Prepare and summit regular progress report to management.

6. Assist in any other special/ ad-hoc assignment or operation works assigned by superior from time to time.



Requirements :

Diploma or Bachelor’s in Agricultural, Horticulture, Plantation Management or related field.

Minimum 2 – 3 years in farm supervision or agribusiness operations.

Prior experience with chili or melon cultivation is an advantage.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Knowledge of irrigation, fertilization and pest control practices.

Ability to monitor progress and report to management.

Willingness to work on site and travel within farm areas.
