Your Primary Impact
Financial Guardianship: Lead monthly financial reporting and quarterly Group consolidations, ensuring "top standard" accuracy for Top Management.

Strategic Growth Partner: Develop annual budgets and drive cost-saving initiatives. Your variance analysis will be the roadmap for our business decisions.

Tax & Regulatory Expert: Manage complex compliance requirements, including Transfer Pricing, Service Tax, and Global Minimum Tax—ensuring we stay ahead of global standards.

Treasury & Banking: Lead the treasury function, manage bank facilities, and foster strong relationships with our banking partners to support our lending capabilities.

Internal Controls: Safeguard company assets by implementing robust internal controls and mitigating financial risks.

Who Were Looking For
Experience: A seasoned pro with 10+ years in finance/accounting (ideally with exposure to financial services or lending).

Education: Bachelors degree in Finance/Accounting or a professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/MIA).

Systems Savvy: Deep understanding of budgeting software; XERO experience is a major advantage.

Leadership: A mentor who can lead the AP/AR and GL teams while presenting clearly to non-finance stakeholders.

Integrity: A high level of ethical conduct is non-negotiable in our line of work.

Audit Pedigree: Prior experience within a Big 4 audit firm (PwC, EY, Deloitte, KPMG) is highly advantageous, as we value the technical rigor and reporting standards these firms instill.
