We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Executive to support our internal finance and administrative functions. Both fresh graduates and candidates with experience are welcome to apply!


Responsibilities:
Perform bookkeeping and data entry for daily financial transactions for entities within Credo Accounting Group

Manage Accounts Payable (AP) including invoice processing, payment preparation and vendor reconciliations

Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) including invoicing, collections and follow-up on overdue invoices

Reconcile bank accounts, petty cash and inter-company transactions to maintain accurate cash balances

Prepare and submit SST returns in compliance with regulatory requirements

Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting documents

Support month-end closing activities and assist in the preparation of management reports

Identify opportunities to improve and streamline finance processes, including automation of manual tasks

Perform ad-hoc finance and accounting duties as required


Requirements:
Degree/ Diploma in Accounting, ACCA, MIA or equivalent qualifications

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Possess a positive, proactive and helpful attitude

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and basic computer software applications
