Finance Executive-Puchong

Requirements

Work Location: Puchong, Selangor.
Must be able to read, write and converse in Mandarin.
Possess Certificate/Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Business related discipline with 3 years related working experience.
Experience in SQL Accounting system and e-invoice implementation will be an added advantage.
Able to work under minimum supervision.
Proficient in MS Office, especially in MS Excel and Word.
Meticulous, attentive to details and disciplined.
Responsibilities

In charge of Accounts Payable, Receivables and General Ledger.
Assist in preparing full set accounts.
Create periodic reports such as balance sheets, income statement and cash flow statement etc.
Responsible for day-to-day accounts and office administration works.
Perform monthly bank statement reconciliation.
Assist with preparation of year end audits & tax schedules.
Periodic sales report, customer SOA, aging and etc
Assist superior on ad hoc assignment.
