Finance Executive

Job Overview
We are looking for a meticulous and action-oriented Finance Executive to manage supplier payments, expense
analysis, and budget support. This role is essential in ensuring timely and accurate financial operations that prevent
delivery disruptions and support organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
. Process monthly supplier payments accurately and on time.
· Monitor discount opportunities and resolve discrepancies in purchase orders, contracts, and invoices.
· Maintain monthly reconciliation against vendor statements.
· Analyze monthly expense movements and distribute departmental expense reports.
. Assist in annual budget preparation.
. Ensure compliance with purchasing policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills
. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
· Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
· Experience handling high-volume transactions (up to RM60 million monthly).
. Proficient in ERP systems and basic computer applications.
. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
