Finance Executive

Job Responsibilities

- Handle full set of accounts including monthly management accounts, bank reconciliation and inter-company reconciliation.
- Prepare accounting schedules, reports and supporting documents for month-end closing.
- Assist in tax matters including tax estimation, tax filing, tax payment and liaising with tax agents.
- Assist in preparation of audited financial statements, audit schedules and respond to auditors’ queries.
- Monitor daily accounting operations and resolve discrepancies or abnormal transactions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and company policies.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting and basic financial analysis.
- Maintain proper documentation, filing and accounting records.
- Perform data entry and other finance or administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

- Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant working experience.
- Knowledge of basic accounting standards, taxation and finance operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Office at Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur (accessible by LRT- Kerinchi Station).
