Finance Executive

What you'll be doing

Processing and recording financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner

Reconciling bank accounts, credit cards and general ledger accounts on a regular basis

Preparing journal entries and ensuring all transactions are properly documented and coded

Supporting the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements

Assisting with the maintenance of financial records and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards

Performing account reconciliations and investigating discrepancies

Supporting the audit process by preparing documentation and schedules as required

Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions

Contributing to the improvement of financial processes and internal controls

Liaising with internal departments and external parties regarding financial matters



What we're looking for

Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Min 4 years of relevant working experience

Strong knowledge of accounting principles

Experience with accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, SAP, etc.)

Good analytical skills and attention to detail

Able to work independently and meet deadlines
