Finance Manager (Consolidation)

Description

Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in compliance with relevant reporting standards.
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation processes.
Analyze group financial data and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
Coordinate with subsidiaries to ensure proper reporting and compliance with group policies.
Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations to maintain accurate group reporting.
Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and addressing auditor queries.
Implement and enhance financial controls and reporting processes across the group.
Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
Profile

A successful Finance Manager (Consolidation) should have:

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is highly preferred.
Strong technical knowledge of consolidation processes and financial reporting standards.
Experience in the industrial/manufacturing industry is advantageous.
Regional exposure in APAC / Europe markets will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in financial systems and tools for consolidation and reporting.
Attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
