Finance Manager

We are seeking a driven and experienced Finance Manager to join our team at IPOH EYE SPECIALIST CENTRE in Ipoh, Perak. As a full-time employee, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations and reporting for our leading eye care provider.

What you'll be doing

Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards

Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payments and cash flow management

Prepare of budgets, forecasts and variance analysis to support strategic decision making

Ensure timely and accurate tax filing and compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Develop and maintain robust financial controls and systems to mitigate risks

Provide insightful financial advice and recommendations to the management team

Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Oversee payroll and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF)

Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR practices

Support HR processes including appraisals, training, and employee records
