Financial Advisor – Property Financing (Central Region)

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
-Market and promote Property Financing products through events, roadshows, and sales campaigns.
-Perform KYC, due diligence, and advisory to clients.
-Handle financing applications end-to-end until disbursement.
-Meet and exceed sales targets, and report progress regularly.
-Ensure full compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

🔹 Requirements:
-Degree in Finance, Business, Banking, or related field.
-Minimum 2 years experience in consumer/corporate banking operations.
-Professional certifications (UT, CFP, RFP, IPPC) are an added advantage.
