Food & Beverage Assistant

What you'll be doing

Greeting guests with a warm welcome and seating them promptly and courteously at dining venues

Taking food and beverage orders accurately and communicating them clearly to the kitchen and bar teams

Serving food and beverages to guests in accordance with established service standards and etiquette

Clearing and resetting tables efficiently between seatings, maintaining a clean and organised dining environment

Responding promptly to guest requests and queries, addressing any concerns with professionalism and courtesy

Assisting with food preparation and presentation as required by the kitchen team

Maintaining knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and recommendations to assist guests with their selections

Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and food hygiene regulations at all times

Supporting the team during busy service periods and special events

Contributing to the upkeep and maintenance of dining areas, including restocking supplies and managing cleanliness standards
