Footwear Designer

Requirements

Achieve at least Diploma certificate.
Minimum 2 years of experience in product development, preferably in footwear.
Preferably know to use Autocad or others design program
Knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and the footwear development cycle is an advantage
Strong project management and communication skills.
Able to work independently
Passionate about footwear trends, innovation, and design.
Ability to travel when required.
Responsibilities

Lead the product development process for footwear from concept to sample stage.
Collaborate with design, marketing, and production teams to ensure designs meet market trends and technical feasibility.
Source and evaluate materials, components, and suppliers.
Work closely with factories to ensure samples and production meet quality and timeline requirements.
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor products for new development ideas.
Maintain documentation, spec sheets, and development timelines.
Ensure all product developments meet pricing, quality, and performance targets.
