Forklift Operator

JOB RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY
1. Material Handling: Operating forklifts to move, stack, load, and unload goods, raw materials, or containers.
2. Warehouse Operations: Assisting with inventory management, stock checks, and preparing goods for shipment.
3. Safety & Maintenance: Conducting daily inspections (pre-shift checks), performing basic maintenance, and adhering to Occupational Safety & Health Act regulations (e.g., DOSH in Malaysia).
4. Housekeeping: Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment.
5. Completed any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
6. The above responsibilities are not exhaustive and may be revised or expanded from time to time in accordance with the operational needs of the Company.

b. KEY COMPETENCY REQUIRED
1. Preferred male candidate.
2. Can handle stressful situations and can excel under pressure.
3. 1 years experience in operation.
4. Must be willing to travel (if required).
5. Min SPM, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or any related field.
6. True team player and outgoing personality.
7. Collaborative, and proactive attitude.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint with functions.
9. Good verbal and written communication skills.
10. Initiative and good decision making skills.
11. Good problem solving skills.
12. Fast learner and self motivated personality.
13. Mandarin speaking is a priority and an added advantage.
14. License: Valid forklift operator certification or license added advantage.
15. Experience: Proven experience in operating forklifts, often in warehouse or logistics settings.
16. Skills: Ability to handle various types of forklifts (e.g., reach trucks)
