Freight Forwarding Coordinator

Job Description:
-Attend to customers inquiry via phone or email.
-Prepare quotation for regular customers or potential customers.
-Liaise with International Agent & Local Agent for booking inquiry and coordination.
-Liaise with internal Operation Department.
-Sorting & compile of supporting documents before handover to Accounts Department to issue invoices to customers.
-Liaise with Trucking Department for trucking arrangement as and when required.
-Daily updates to customers and other downline stations on cargo uplifting status.

Job Requirements:
-Minimum Diploma in Logistic / Industrial Logistic / Logistic & Freight Forwarding Management / Related Course.
-At least 2-3 years of working experience in freight forwarding coordinator.
-Familiar with the freight forwarding international commercial terms (INCOTERMS).
