Freight Forwarding Executive - Kota Damansara

JD:
1. Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics service providers to arrange and monitor the transportation and import of goods.
2. Handle and prepare all import and shipping documentation (e.g., packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin) and ensure compliance with requirements.
3. Track and provide regular updates on shipment status to internal teams and customers.
4. Collaborate with internal departments (sales, and customer service) to ensure timely processing of customer bookings and on-time delivery.

JR:
1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a freight forwarding role.
2. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
3. Mandarin Speaking required to liaise with China freight forwarders.
