Who Should Apply

This role is perfect for fresh grads with:
SPM, Diploma or Degree in any related field
0–3 years of working experience
Good English and Mandarin/Cantonese speaking skills — serving Mandarin speaking client
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
A positive, can-do attitude and team spirit

Responsibilities

Your role includes:

Handling daily pension-related transactions (contributions, withdrawals, payments, etc.)
Ensuring compliance with regulations
Investigating transaction issues and fixing the root causes
Assisting in system improvements and testing
Coordinating with clients, internal teams, and regional offices (especially Hong Kong)
Keeping audit-ready records
Getting involved in exciting ad-hoc projects
