Position Overview

As a Business Trainee (Growth Division), you will begin your professional career with a focus on client engagement, brand representation and performance driven field work. This is a foundation role designed for fresh graduates who are ambitious, coachable and ready to step into a business-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Represent our brand and client brands through face-to-face campaigns and events.
- Engage with customers/prospects, generate interest and help deliver measurable results for campaigns.
- Participate in training and mentorship to develop your communication, business development and leadership skills.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment and support daily operational activities of the campaign, including setups and client-relations.
- Strive for performance targets and contribute proactively to the growth of the team and business.

Requirements (Need to Have)

- Fresh graduates (any discipline) are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a field-based environment (on-site, event locations, travel).
- Team-oriented, resilient attitude, and hunger to learn and perform.
- Malaysian citizen or permanent resident.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

-Prior exposure to customer facing roles, events or promotions.
-Leadership potential, involvement in extra-curricular activities, or evidence of self-driving initiative.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
