Front Desk Reception

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Tulips Clinic' in Damansara Perdana, Selangor. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our clinic. This is a full-time position.

Greeting patients and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner

Handling incoming phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing patient queries

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and ensuring confidentiality

Performing administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management

Assisting the clinical team as needed to support the overall operations of the clinic
