Front Desk Receptionist (Mandarin Speaker)

Location: Aeon Bukit Raja, Klang Parade, Aeon Shah Alam, One Utama, Sunway Pyramid, Aeon Bukit Indah, Aeon AU2 Ampang, Pavilion Bukit Jalil, IOI City Mall, The Starling Mall Damansara, Kepong

Job Responsibilities:
· Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner
· Manage appointment bookings and customer inquiries
· Handle cash and card payments accurately
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
· Assist with basic administrative tasks

Requirements:
· Friendly and customer-oriented personality
· Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, appointment booking systems)
· Able to communicate in English and Malay (Mandarin is a plus)
· Responsible, punctual, and well-groomed
· Min. Diploma and above
· Able to work on shift, weekends, and public holidays
