Fulfillment Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

Update and monitor all parcel movements and delivery status to ensure timely fulfilment of gold orders

Liaise with courier partners to expedite shipments and resolve any delivery-related issues

Coordinate with sales platforms on customer requests, order updates, and inquiries

Communicate with branches to respond to operational inquiries related to parcel handling and deliveries

Prepare and submit daily reports on parcel status, delivery progress, and any discrepancies

Job Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in any related field

Basic knowledge of logistics, fulfilment, or inventory is an advantage

Detail-oriented and responsible, especially when handling high-value items

Good communication and coordination skills

Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
