KUKA HOME is a leading international furniture brand specialising in high-quality upholstered furniture, sofas, recliners and whole-home furnishing solutions.

We are opening a new KUKA HOME showroom in Malaysia—the largest KUKA HOME flagship showroom in Southeast Asia, with a floor area of approximately 22,000 square feet.

We are looking for passionate and motivated Sales Consultants to join our exciting new team.

2、About the Role

·Join KUKA HOME Malaysia as a Sales Consultant and be part of our exciting new showroom launch.You will welcome customers, understand their needs, recommend suitable furniture solutions, achieve sales targets, and provide excellent after-sales service.

3、Key Responsibilities

·Welcome customers, provide sales assistance and after-sales service in the showroom
·Continuously develop product knowledge, stay updated on promotions and improve sales techniques
·Prepare quotations and support customers throughout the purchasing process
·Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and other channels
·Achieve individual and team sales targets
·Work closely with the showroom team to maintain showroom presentation and product displays
·Support daily showroom operations and sales activities

4、About You

·Must be fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay for workplace communication, with Mandarin proficiency being a mandatory requirement.
·We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic candidates aged 20–40
·Previous experience in furniture, home furnishing, retail or sales is preferred. Candidates with strong sales experience from other industries are also welcome
·Strong willingness to learn and continuously improve
·Good communication and interpersonal skills
·Passionate about sales and achieving targets
·Customer-oriented, positive and service-minded
·Able to work on weekends and public holidays according to the retail schedule

2、关于职位
加入顾家家居马来西亚，成为销售顾问，参与我们全新展厅的开业与发展。你将负责接待顾客、了解顾客需求、推荐合适的家居解决方案，并在提供优质客户体验的同时完成销售目标，为顾客提供完善的售后服务。

3、主要工作职责
·负责展厅顾客的接待与销售、售后服务。
·持续学习产品知识、促销信息及销售技巧
·制作报价单，协助顾客完成整个购买流程
·通过电话、WhatsApp 及其他渠道处理客户咨询，完成个人及团队销售目标
·与展厅团队紧密合作，维护展厅形象及产品陈列，保证门店日常运营及销售工作

4、任职要求
·必须能够熟练使用华语、英语和马来语进行工作沟通，其中华语能力为必备要求
·我们正在寻找20–36岁、热情有活力的候选人
·有家具、家居、零售或销售经验者优先，欢迎其他行业拥有较强销售经验的候选人
·具备良好的学习提升意识、沟通能力和人际交往能力
·热爱销售，具备目标意识，以客户为中心，积极主动，服务意识强
·能够根据零售门店安排接受周末及公共假期上班
