Job Description

To assist with firm's general administrative works and accounts related matters.
(A) Administrative works
- Manage daily office operations, including handling correspondence, filing, and data entry.
- Maintain accurate and organized physical and digital filing systems.
- Assist in preparing documents, reports, and internal communications, where necessary.
- Coordinate office supplies and handle general inquiries.

(B) Accounts Clerk
- Assist with day-to-day accounting routines and data entry into accounting software.
- Verify, process, and reconcile invoices, receipts, and expense claims.
- Support the team in preparing basic financial documents and monthly reports.
- Ensure all financial records are kept up-to-date and organized for audit readiness.

Job Requirements:
1. Detail-oriented, diligent, and responsible with commendable work ethics.
2. Proficient/familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and cloud-based collaboration and storage platforms (file-sharing, drive system)
3. Strong organizational and time-management skills
4. Able to communicate and flag updates/issues promptly and effectively
5. Prior experience in handling basic administrative and accounting work is an advantage but motivated fast-learners are welcome to apply.
