Requirements

Candidates must possess at least Primary School.
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
Able to work on shift.
Have own transport.

Responsibilities

Serve customer in a clean and tidy manner.
Do preparations for the next meal and to maintain a clean, safe working environment.
Comply with food hygiene regulations with regards to food service equipment cleaning and departmental cleanliness.
Adhere with personal hygiene standards and good hygiene practice, food safety and health and safety regulations.
Always ensure the cleanliness of food trolly. To check on small wares and cutlery are cleaned and sanitized throughout service day and replenishes, as necessary.
Adhere on carry-out daily cleaning and clearing at each shift and daily closing. At the end of each service, all equipment, utensils, small wares are cleaned and sanitized before ready for the next shift.
