General Manager

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s degree (MBA) is preferred.
- Minimum 8-10 years of senior management experience, preferably in the same industry, with a proven track record of leading teams and achieving business objectives.

- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and manage a diverse team of employees, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.

- Strong strategic planning and decision-making capabilities, able to develop long-term business strategies, set clear goals, and implement effective action plans to drive company growth and profitability.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, stakeholders, and internal teams.
