GENERAL WORKERS

1. Production & Processing
Perform general production and processing tasks according to assigned work instructions and SOP.
Assist operators and production team in daily production activities.
Handle raw materials, ingredients and finished products properly.
Ensure production activities are carried out according to the required process flow.
Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping at the production area.
Report any abnormal condition, equipment problem or product issue to the Supervisor / Line Leader.
2. Packing
Perform packing, labelling, weighing, sealing and carton packing activities as assigned.
Check packaging materials before use and ensure the correct packaging materials are used.
Ensure products are packed according to the required quantity, specification and customer requirements.
Conduct basic visual checks on product and packaging condition.
Ensure finished products are properly handled and transferred to the designated area.
Report damaged packaging, incorrect labels or product abnormalities immediately.
3. Food Safety & Hygiene
Follow all GMP, personal hygiene and food safety requirements.
Wear the required PPE and protective clothing correctly.
Maintain personal cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
Follow company rules regarding hand washing, hairnets, gloves, masks and other hygiene requirements.
Prevent contamination and cross-contamination during processing and packing.
Report any food safety hazard, foreign material, contamination or abnormal condition to the Supervisor immediately.
Follow all relevant food safety procedures, work instructions and company policies.
4. Quality Control
Follow product specifications and quality requirements.
Perform basic quality checks according to assigned work instructions.
Ensure products do not mix with other products, batches or materials.
Identify and segregate non-conforming products or materials when instructed.
Inform the Supervisor / QA personnel of any quality issue.
5. Cleaning & Housekeeping
Carry out cleaning and sanitation activities according to the assigned cleaning schedule.
Keep production, processing and packing areas clean and organised.
Clean and maintain tools, utensils and equipment after use.
Dispose of waste according to company requirements.
Follow chemical handling and cleaning procedures where applicable.
6. Safety
Follow all workplace health and safety rules.
Use machinery, equipment and tools only as instructed and authorised.
Wear the required safety PPE.
Report unsafe conditions, accidents, injuries or near misses to the Supervisor immediately.
Do not operate machinery or equipment without proper training and authorisation.
