Key Responsibilities

Own and execute the global account strategy in alignment with regional and global teams

Lead and coordinate regular bidding activities, pricing alignment, and commercial execution across regions

Build strong relationships with customer procurement and engineering team, and manufacturing site

Conduct regular manufacturing site visits to support execution and identify growth opportunities

Ensure consistent global governance, messaging, and account discipline

Drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and share‑of‑wallet expansion

Job Requirements

5+ years of experience in Global or Strategic Account Management (APAC)

Proven experience managing large, complex global scale account

Strong commercial, coordination, and negotiation skills

Ability to operate cross‑region with senior stakeholders

Experience in electronics distribution, EMS, OEM, or supply chain environments preferred – to understand product,

Willingness to travel regularly (mainly within APAC region)
