Government Liaison Admin Executive

- Liaise with Government Department or local authorities for any issues related to the company.
- Builds and maintains mutually beneficial relationships with government agencies.
- Facilitates communications, meeting and coordinates activities among company and government agencies.
- Liaise with government agencies and local authorities in relation to government legislation affairs such as registration, licensing, permit renewal and AP.
- Prepare and submit documents to furnish the needs of government agencies related to new application and renewal purpose.
- Liaise with company secretary for company affairs.
- Liaise with Custom Department for any inquiry regarding overseas' Shipment.
- Handling export clearance permit and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulation for shipments.
Prepare and submit permit for new application and renewal of company's lorries insurance and roadtax.
