Graduate - Developer (Microsoft Power Platforms, M365 Copilot)

Key Responsibilities

Learn to design and develop Power Platform solutions, including Copilot and AI-enabled features, under the guidance of experienced engineers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the delivery of high-quality, well-documented solutions
Gain hands-on experience across the Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio, and AI Builder
Assist in translating business requirements into technical solutions using Microsoft 365 and Power Platform technologies
Support the development of automated workflows and AI-assisted processes to improve efficiency and user experience
Perform unit testing, validation, and basic troubleshooting of developed components
Learn and apply Avanade best practices for Power Platform, Copilot adoption, and responsible AI use
Contribute to task backlogs, solution documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Skills and experiences

Bachelor’s Degree within relevant Software Engineering & AI preferably
Early Exposure to Copilot & AI: Interest or introductory experience with Microsoft Copilot, AI Builder, or generative AI concepts (academic, project, or self-learning experience welcomed)
Automation Foundations: Understanding of or hands-on experience with Power Automate and Power Apps concepts
Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze problems, gather requirements, and think logically about solutions
Learning Agility: Strong willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and AI capabilities in a fast-paced environment
Agile Awareness: Basic understanding of agile or iterative development practices
Problem-Solving Skills: Curiosity-driven approach to troubleshooting and continuous improvement
Data Fundamentals: Exposure to data analysis or visualization tools (Power BI experience is a plus)
Dataverse Basics: Interest in learning Dataverse and data modeling for Power Platform solutions
Security & Responsibility: Awareness of data security, privacy, and ethical use of AI (formal experience not required)
