Grinder Okamoto Operator (Precision Grinding)

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Grinder Operator to join our precision manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating grinding machines to produce high-precision components according to engineering drawings, quality standards, and customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities
• Set up and operate surface grinding, cylindrical grinding, and/or profile grinding machines.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Grind components to required dimensions and tolerances.
• Perform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring equipment.
• Select and dress grinding wheels as required.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to maintain product quality.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping activities.
• Identify and report quality issues or machine abnormalities.
• Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production department.
