Group Consolidation (Open to Big 4 Auditors who wants to join commercial)

Key Responsibilities
Manage the full spectrum of group consolidation and financial reporting activities for multiple business entities.

Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in compliance with MFRS/IFRS and Bursa reporting requirements.

Ensure timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.

Liaise closely with business units, auditors, tax agents, and internal stakeholders on reporting matters.

Review intercompany reconciliations, elimination entries, and group reporting schedules.

Support annual audit exercises, statutory reporting, and regulatory submissions.

Provide technical accounting guidance and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Support process improvement initiatives, reporting enhancement projects, and finance transformation activities.

Handle matters related to property development accounting and ensure compliance with HDA (Housing Development Act) requirements where applicable.

Requirements
Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, MICPA, or equivalent.

Minimum 8 years of working experience, ideally from Big 4 or established audit firms.

Open to candidates currently in audit who are looking to move into a commercial / in-house finance role.

Strong exposure in group consolidation and financial reporting.

Familiarity with HDA / property development accounting will be an added advantage.

Chinese speaking capability is required.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
