Guest Experience Associate (3 Vacancies)

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Experience & Front-of-House

• Welcome members and guests warmly and assist with check-in
• Provide information about the club’s facilities, programs, and offerings
• Assist first-time visitors with orientation and tours of the club
• Build friendly rapport with members and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Handle guest enquiries and direct them to the appropriate department when needed

Club Care & Operations

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented club environment
• Assist with daily opening and closing routines
• Restock supplies and ensure front-of-house areas remain presentable
• Complete operational checklists and assist with daily reports

Membership & Program Support

• Introduce guests to club facilities, programs, and membership options
• Encourage participation in club activities and events
• Refer interested guests to the Membership Relations team for detailed enquiries

Event Support

• Assist with the setup and coordination of club events and programs
• Support smooth operations during events and activities
• Help create a welcoming and energetic atmosphere during club gatherings

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with teammates to ensure smooth daily operations
• Assist other departments during busy periods or special events
• Take initiative in supporting improvements that enhance guest experiences

Requirements

• Friendly, cheerful, and approachable personality
• Strong communication skill in Bahasa Melayu, English & Mandarin and interpersonal skills. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Enjoy interacting with people and creating positive experiences
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently when needed
• Experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service is an advantage
