Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner upon arrival

Efficiently check guests in and out, handling all reception and concierge duties

Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing solutions and recommendations

Answering phone calls promptly and with good manners

Handling and replying emails

Assist with luggage handling and maintaining a clean and tidy lobby area

Process payments and manage cash handling procedures (cashiering)

Provide guidance and information to guests about the hotel's facilities and local attractions

Actively contribute to the team's efforts to deliver exceptional customer service

Maintain detailed records and documentation as required
