About the Role
Are you a passionate hair stylist looking to build a rewarding career in healthy, natural hair care? Sehat Hair is hiring! We are a unique, eco-conscious salon specializing exclusively in natural hair care. We DO NOT perform harsh chemical treatments. Instead, we specialize in customized organic edible hair & scalp treatments and organic henna gel hair colors.

We welcome enthusiastic fresh hair academy graduates and junior stylists who excel at female haircuts and are eager to master the art of organic beauty!

Key Responsibilities
Haircuts & Styling: Provide precise, high-quality haircuts (especially female haircuts), blow-drys, and styling tailored to client preferences.

Organic Treatments & Henna Coloring: Perform our signature customized edible hair/scalp treatments and natural henna gel hair coloring services (full internal training will be provided).

Client Consultation: Conduct thorough hair and scalp assessments, offering natural care advice and building long-term client relationships.

Sanitation & Hygiene: Maintain strict hygiene and tool sanitation standards at your workstation before and after every client.

Home Care Recommendations: Educate clients on proper home care routines using organic, chemical-free products.

Job Requirements
Haircut Expertise: Strong foundational skills and high proficiency in female haircuts.

Experience Level: Open to Fresh Hair Academy Graduates and Junior Stylists looking to advance their career (no prior experience with organic treatments required!).

No Chemical Work: A passion for healthy, chemical-free, organic hair care.

Languages: Good communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia (additional spoken languages are an added advantage).

Personal Attributes: Well-groomed, polite, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about learning natural hair care routines.
