Hardware Support Executive (Access Control)

Key Responsibilities

Handle hardware-related inquiries from internal team and clients

Check, test, and troubleshoot devices before deployment

Setup & configure RFID / UHF Readers, LPR Camera & Software, Face Recognition Devices

Identify issues and coordinate with vendors when needed

Provide basic training to internal team and clients

Prepare simple guides/documentation (setup & troubleshooting)

Support remote troubleshooting when required

Manage hardware stock and ensure devices are ready for deployment



Requirements

Diploma / Degree in IT, Electronics, or related field

Basic networking knowledge (IP, router, port forwarding)

Experience in access control / CCTV / IoT is an added advantage

Able to troubleshoot and configure hardware devices

Good communication skills (able to explain technical issues clearly)

Responsible and able to work independently



Working Scope

Mainly office-based

Occasionally required for on-site support



Bonus Skills (Good to Have)

Experience with LPR systems

Knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN & router setup

Experience in technical support / helpdesk
