HEAD OF DEPARMENT (GROCERY)

1) Responsible for monitoring employee shift schedule in the team assigned.
2) Responsible for maintaning department have adequate stocks and properly displayed.
3) Ensuring stocks in good order and keeping inventory stocks at store.
4) Handling customer service issues with accuracy and professionalims.
5) Doing market survey according to the company policies.
Implement visual stocks strategies to attract customers and improve sales.
6)Perform any other task related in the shop.
