Why does this job exist and why is it critical?
We are seeking a hands-on Head of Product Management to lead the design, development, and monetisation of enterprise mobile, messaging, voice, and Telco API products.
You will own the full product lifecycle, including pricing, GTM strategy, partner ecosystem management, and performance optimisation.
This is not a marketing, communications, or brand role — candidates must have technical product and enterprise experience in telco or digital services.
What are you accountable for?
To create new plans, promotions and bundles to enhance market competitiveness and help achieve annual mobile revenue and market-share target by segment
To maintain and rationalize existing plans and bundles to ensure effective and streamlined customer usage experience and efficient resources usage
To create and manage effective processes and SOP for all product consumption and enhance customer experience
To measure and evaluate product pricing and yield ensuring mobile profitability
To enable availability of devices and device ownership programs for enhancing customer acquisition, retention and growth
To price, package and take to market relevant fixed and solutions as convergence offer to the market
To solicit and maintain relevant market insights and product performance insights enabling better and more relevant design of mobile products
Drive alignment with other divisions from sales, operations, segment heads, product developments, finance, pricing, ISD, business intelligent and marketing for product development and GTM strategy for your products
To lead business development and establish partnership ecosystem for Telco API offering
What do you need to have for this role?
Tertiary education in Marketing, Telecommunication or relevant field
Minimum 10 years of experience in Telco industry in product marketing, product development role
Experience in working in cross-functional virtual teams towards delivering timely & effective outcomes
Excellent knowledge and experience of Product Management, GTM and / or Offer Development & Management
Excellent communication skills and experience in influencing internal & external stakeholders
Good balance of: Product & offer design creativity; with Corporate flexibility & commercial practicality
Experience with the financial & commercial aspects of Product Management (including P&L impacts & commentary; Pricing; Competitor analysis and Business Casing)
