Head of Smart Grid, Energy Storage and Data centers

Job Responsibilities

Own the electrification vertical regionally and lead its growth agenda

Drive your own pipeline and actively hunt for high‑value opportunities, own your customers

Support country organizations by providing vertical insight, market knowledge, and technical expertise

Engage directly with partners EPCs, consultants, and end users to accelerate adoption of Danfoss’ converters and drives in critical applications

Job Requirements



Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Power, or Control Engineering

Proven experience in energy storage (BESS), power conversion, or smart-grid applications.

Strong understanding of electrification technologies, including drives, converters, grid-tied systems and DC architectures

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in sales or business development

Solid understanding of Electrification applications

Fluent in English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Experience in a matrix organization and cross-functional, cross-cultural environments.
