Head, Supply Chain

Deliverables:

1. To lead logistic team in all related issues, involve warehousing, planning, organizing, directing and day-to-day operation.

2. To implement Warehouse Management System.

3. Ensure supply chain processes meet organizations requirements and standards.

4. Required to efficiently evaluate the costs of transportation, services and inventory within any budget or distribution strategy.

5. Develop and drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase logistic/warehousing process efficiency and productivity; reduce logistic/warehousing operational cost.

6. Determine KPI’s, measure and analyze supply chain data and performance on a regular basis.

7. To build a multiskilled workforce to enhance logistic team performance.

8. To commit towards company Integrated Management System (IMS).



Requirements:

Knowledgeable in SAP.

Goal and solution oriented

Being Resilient, Agile and Adaptable in critical

Willing to learn with continuous improvement mindset

Ability and proven experience to manage fast paced and high-pressure environment
