Accounting Industry Personal Assistant
We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to other departments
Job Requirements
Serve as the liaison/ primary point of contact for internal management and external management associates on company business related matters.
To coordinate and organize meetings with inter-departments and external parties.
To maintain a calendar of meetings, appointments, travels, deadlines and deliverables with timely follow up and reminders.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to all the other departments.
Undertake ad-hoc functions, assignments and related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
Manage and coordinate the director’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings
Assist in handling day-to-day business and personal arrangements
Follow up with internal teams, clients, and external parties
Assist in simple admin, reporting, documentation, and coordination work
Handle ad-hoc tasks and urgent matters assigned by the director
Support project coordination and ensure tasks are completed on time
Assist in social media, digital marketing, or content-related coordination when needed
Attend meetings or client visits together with the director when required
Prepare simple reports, presentations, or meeting notes
Help monitor task progress and remind relevant parties on deadlines
3. HR Industry Personal Assistant
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support daily operations, HR coordination, and administrative matters. This role is suitable for someone who is organized, proactive, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates with experience in HR operations, payroll, recruitment, and employee lifecycle management will have an added advantage.
Job Requirements
Assist in daily coordination and administrative tasks
Support HR operations including payroll, recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation

Accounting Industry Personal Assistant's Job Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in the related field is a preferable/ added advantage.
Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem solving capabilities with timely resolution demonstrating an awareness of knowing when to elevate concerns or issues.
Excellent command in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
2. Marketing Industry Personal Assistant's Job Requirements
Experience as a Personal Assistant will be an advantage
Experience in digital marketing industry or related field is highly preferred
Candidates with experience working in digital marketing agencies are encouraged to apply
Good organizational and communication skills
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Responsible, proactive, and able to maintain confidentiality
Good attitude and willingness to learn are most important
Familiar with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Excel, or Canva is a plus
