Hotel Grand Continental Langkawi is inviting suitable and dedicated candidates to join our team as a Hotel Manager. We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible individual to manage and oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth workflow, high standards of service, and effective coordination across all departments.

Responsibilities
Oversee overall hotel operations to ensure smooth and efficient daily management.
Manage customer information and maintain high standards of data quality and integrity.
Review and improve operational processes for better efficiency.
Lead Sales & Marketing, CRM, and central & remote reservations.
Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and revenue growth.
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
