HR & Admin Executive (Japanese Speaker)

We are looking for a proactive HR & Administration Executive to oversee Human Resources, Payroll/Labour Administration, and General Affairs functions. This role includes managing recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, training and development, payroll coordination with outsourced providers, labour compliance, office procurement, asset and contract management, inventory control, and providing overall administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Product sourcing (including imports) and outsourcing of processing

Inventory management

Documentation support (liaison with outsourced accounting provider)

Overall general affairs and business support



Job Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of working experience in Human Resources, Payroll/Labour Management, or General Affairs.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.

Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N3 or above) with the ability to draft, read, and respond to emails in Japanese.

Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
