Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
(A) Human Resource
-Manage end-to-end payroll processing accurately and on time.
-Handle statutory contributions and ensure full compliance with local regulations.
-Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interviews and selection.
-Administer onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation and orientation.
-Manage offboarding procedures including exit interviews and clearance processes.
-Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
-Support performance management and training coordination.
-Oversee employee welfare programs and engagement initiatives.
-Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
-Manage all HR-related matters and proactively undertake tasks as assigned by management.

(B) Administration
-Oversee general office administration, company vehicle/assets and daily operational support.
-Manage office supplies, equipment and vendor coordination.
-Assist in organizing company event or internal activities.
-Maintain proper filing systems and administrative documentation.
-Support management with administrative reporting and correspondence.

(C) Requirements
-Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
-Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
-Strong knowledge of payroll processes and statutory regulations.
-Experience with Kaizen HR system is an advantage.
-In-depth knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices and compliance issues.
-Good understanding of recruitment and employee lifecycle management.
-Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
-Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
-Strong problem-solving abilities and positive attitude with good teamwork skills.
