Key Responsibilities:

Identify and connect potential clients for Upscales HRDF-claimable training programs.

Promote Upscales corporate training offerings within your professional network.

Collaborate with Upscales training team to facilitate client onboarding.

Track and report referrals for reward eligibility.

Requirements:

Proven HRBP experience in Malaysia, preferably with corporate training exposure.

Strong professional network and relationship-building skills.

Familiarity with HRDF claim processes is a plus.

Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
